Michael Delemos Promoted to Vice President, U.S. Corporate Information Systems at Toray Industries (America), Inc.

North Kingstown, Rhode Island (October 4, 2023)—Toray Plastics (America), Inc., announces that Michael Delemos has been appointed to the position of Vice President, U.S. Corporate Information Systems at Toray Industries (America), Inc. He is now responsible for leading the information systems activities of the Toray U.S. Group’s ten companies, including Toray Plastics (America). Delemos most recently served Toray as Senior Director of Information Systems and Security. He joined Toray in 2000 as a Technology Development Coordinator and eventually served as the company’s IT Manager and Director of Information Systems and Quality Assurance. Delemos was instrumental in establishing Toray’s information systems and security, and for the last few years has shared his vast knowledge across the Toray Group companies. Delemos earned a BS in Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island. He reports to Michael Brandmeier, Deputy Chief Representative for Toray Industries (America). The promotion was effective October 1.
